Frequently Asked Questions

We accept multiple payment methods for your order: Credit / Debit Cards (VISA and Mastercard) through our secure payment gateway (we do not keep any of your details), Net Banking, NEFT transfer to our HDFC bank account, Cash Deposit in our HDFC bank account.
While completing your order, simply select the payment method of your choice and follow on screen instructions to complete the order.

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 1000. For orders below Rs. 1000 a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 is applicable.

Your order will take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. For 3 tier cities it can take 7-14 working days. Personalized orders will arrive in 10-14 days. Usually we ship out orders within 24 hours of you having placed the order.

Currently we do not ship outside India.

At Beetle & Bottle, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. If, within 7 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase in its original packaging with all labels intact for a refund of the merchandise value.
We cannot accept returns on personalized items, or on items damaged on account of usage. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items.
When returning an item to us please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order number.

We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cash Deposit, we will send you a Cheque. Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
